International orders: any voltage in the world is ok, from 100V to 240V. You won't need a power transformer, but you may need a local prong adapter. Your local dealer will have your local power supply. See our dealer page for dealers in your country and other details. If there is no dealer in your country we can ship to you directly. We recommend UPS for all international shipments due to easier customs clearance and tracking.

We usually ship within a few business days, unless the item is marked otherwise. Check the item listing for the current status. We won't bill your credit card until your order ships. Your package should arrive in about a week after it ships. It may take longer due to holidays, severe weather, special promotions, international orders, or other reasons beyond our control. We don't guarantee delivery dates, but once your package ships you can track it to see when it will arrive. If you order multiple items, they may ship on different days from different warehouses.
