All NatureMill automatic composters are made with rugged plastic and stainless steel components, and should last many years with normal use.

 

All ECO Series composters come with a 1 year warranty. Extended warranties may also be available. The filter is guaranteed for life so you will never need to replace it!

For customers who have registered online for our warranty, we will provide free replacement parts, or repair or replace your unit, at our discretion, for any damage caused by manufacturing defects.


INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Outside of the US, some warranty restrictions may apply. Please contact your local dealer for details. For orders placed on naturemill.com or if there is no dealer in your country, we provide free warranty parts but we do not provide free international shipping.

 

EBAY AND UNAUHTORIZED DEALERS: if you buy from an unauthorized dealer, chances are the warranty is already expired or is about to expire. Possibly the product is damaged or defective. It is always safer to buy from an authorized dealer: see www.naturemill.com/dealers .
